KidCuisine: All Natural Teething Biscuits

This issue's KidCuisine was submitted by Lisa Lelas of Milford,
mother of one teething toddler

2 eggs
1cup brown sugar
2 cups whole wheat flour
waxed paper

Break eggs into bowl and stir until smooth. Add sugar and continue to stir. Gradually add flour, a little at a time, to make a stiff dough. Roll out between two sheets of waxed paper to about 1/2" thickness. Cut into round shapes ( a juice glass works well). Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Let stand overnight (10-12 hours). Bake at 325 degrees until hard (approximately 30 minutes). Makes about 12 delicious, durable, almost crumb-free biscuits for baby!

Note: As your baby grows, chewing more efficiently, you can reduce bake time for a softer biscuit.
